I recently had an obscure leak in my bathroom ceiling that was nearly impossible to find. I called Brian—someone I’ve trusted on many jobs over the years—and once again, he proved why he’s my go-to. It took us two days of testing every possibility before we finally had to cut into the ceiling. Even then, the source wasn’t obvious until Brian spotted it: a hole smaller than a pinhead in an old copper pipe (my home was built in the 1980s). The water had been jetting upward, soaking the woodwork and leaking through a light fixture.

Brian carefully cut out the damaged section and soldered in a new piece of pipe. Problem solved—no more leak. His persistence, skill, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend Brian for any plumbing issue, especially the tricky ones.
